Our Purpose

Our purpose is to show you how red light therapy can improve your health and that of your loved ones

What is light therapy?

Ten years ago, light therapy involved a big white light box. Today, it involves much more than that.

If you or anyone you know suffers from depression, I highly recommend bright light therapy for both SAD and home treatment to help.

Red light therapy is beneficial in a number of ways. It can serve as an effective anti-aging treatment and help alleviate pain and heal wounds.

Next, we have blue light therapy to help treat acne. Blue light has been shown to kill all kinds of bacteria, even antibiotic-resistant strains like staph and MRSA.

Why do you need light therapy?

We are solar-powered beings. Our eyes allow us to see, yes, but they also collect light and deliver it directly into our brains. These light waves come into direct contact with our blood as they travel through us.

Skin, our largest organ by far, absorbs light and produces Vitamin D – something vital to life and well being. We cannot produce this naturally from anything else but exposure to sunlight.

Light is Like Food

When we think of light as food, it’s like whole foods that are broken down into different vitamins and minerals. Sunlight can be thought of in the same way–it breaks down into various colors. Each color in sunlight has its own positive affects on our health. The presence of each color is also vital to our health. Natural sunlight allows us to thrive and boosts our moods, but its absence leaves us malnourished and miserable.

Light therapy can correct deficiencies in our daily levels of natural light.

Go outside and get some sun.
